NHS MUST care for our sick with dignity and compassion
We demand that ALL patients are treated with respect, kindness, dignity, care and understanding
Patients must not be discharged after 6pm with out the full approval of family members and a care plan put in place
Staff MUST work closely with patients and their families and LISTEN
