Publish in full the ISC report on Russian interference in British democracy.
The Intelligence and Security committee submitted its report on Russian interference in British democracy in October 2019. The length of time since submission without release of the report is unprecedented. It must be published in full without further delay, regardless of whether the ISC reconvenes.
The government maintains that there is no evidence of interference in the report. The public have a right to see the evidence for themselves, in order to have confidence in the democratic process, and to end the speculation regarding government links with Russia.
The government is making the reconvening of the ISC a precondition for publication of the report, but is delaying the reconvening of the ISC. The report must be released regardless and must be published in full and unredacted.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) published the report of its predecessor Committee into alleged Russian interference in UK elections on Tuesday 21 July.

We're sorry about the delay in checking your petition. The delay was due to the exceptionally large number of petitions we received between March and July.
