Extention of the Tier 4 Student Visas for the duration the Lockdown measures.
To allow Students with a Tier4 Visa to have an extension over their allowed permanence permit, after the expiration date, for the same period of time the lockdown measures were in force, to be able to recover this time for Study or Part-Time work Purposes.
The Lockdown measures imposed enormous constrain to international students in their normal academic and working development, some of which were unable to return to their home countries, either by Lockdown measures in their home Countries or by simply not being able to continue with their jobs. I respectfully submit this petition to request a revision to the Immigration Policy and grant international with an extension in their permits to remain in the UK, for the same period of time Lockdown measures were imposed.
