Allow gyms and sports clubs to re-open on July 4th.
Allow gyms and sports clubs to re-open when pubs and restaurants do. Social distancing and common sense can be impliemented to a better degree when people aren't socialising and intoxicated. Gyms and sports clubs divert people from substance misuse, crime, anxiety, depression, social isolation and
many many more issues. The government is essentially driving people to heightened alcohol consumption with no access to positive support in the forms of fitness professionals and sports coaches. These clubs also offer parents a much needed break from the stresses of the intensive parenting that school closures have caused, while offering the children themselves an outlet. In short the government need to give people back the things they need, not just re-opening the biggest revenue streams.
