Allow key workers to use their Freedom passes before 9 am to travel to work.
The ruling by the mayor of London needs to be revoked or modified and/or TfL staff should be encouraged to show discretion for identified key workers to travel when necessary to work at all times.
This is an ageist policy which discriminates against important sections of the population who are making a significant contribution to keeping this country going during the COVID-19 crisis
