Allow visits for patients as mandatory for all hospitals after lockdown.
Make it mandatory for all hospitals to allow each patient to have 1 visitor a day if possible even if it has to be booked in by appointment or even every other day as many hospitals are allowing no visits at all.
I have family in hospital who are very unwell and need the support and love of myself and the rest of our family.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about visitors are a matter for the NHS, not the Government or House of Commons.
On 5 June, the NHS’s suspension of hospital visiting was lifted. This means that visiting is now subject to local discretion by trusts and other NHS bodies. You should check with your local hospital for their policy on visiting.
