Make it compulsory for all MP’s and councillors to receive anti racism training
Specialist diversity training would enable MPs and elected councillors to recognise white privilege and actively promote anti-racism in person and on social media.
Structural racism places black and ethnic minority people in England at a significant disadvantage. It also causes animosity and segregation within communities.
In the UK's multicultural society, it is essential that public figures respect diversity and uphold fairness and equality for all, yet many of them do not have the skills or experience to do this effectively.

You could start a petition calling for the Government or Parliament to fund or make such training available, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
