Petition Action

Allows tattoo and piercing studios to reopen

Petition Details

Allow tattoo and piercing studios, some of the most hygenic places (after medical facilities), to trade with the provision of PPE , to allow those who are self-employed to earn a wage rather than having to claim benefit and to help restore the high street.

Additional Information

Pubs in the UK can open from next month, yet do not clean and sterilise as tattooists and piercers did even before Covid-19.

Help tattoo and piercing studios who are scared that they are going to have to close their businesses and everything they've worked towards.

The hygiene standards in tattoo and piercing studios are very high, they would not be able to open in regular circumstances if not. Staff already have PPE, areas are seperated and are cleaned after each and every client.
