Pensioners should not have to pay council tax, or it should be significantly lowered.

Additional Information

I strongly insist that pensioners should not have to pay council tax as the amount that they are given from the government pension is not enough to cover the council tax that most pensioners are permitted to pay. If not able them to not have to pay council tax, then I recommend that a good solution would be to significantly lower the council tax for pensioners.
