Grandparents Rights To see their grandchildren when their parent separate
I want a Law that entitles Grandparents to have Rights to see their Grandchildren when their is a divorce or a break up Grandparents have no rights ,which means they can lose their relationship with their grandchildren, grandchild ,should the mother or father who has custody refuses access
First a personal note my husband and I have not seen or heard from our only Granddaughters for 10 months . Over one million grandchildren don't have access to their grandparents .How heartbreaking.Grandparents are a rock in most families the world over, they give love friendship, compassion and always ready to listen, they give support and stability to family life. The European Court of Justice said that EU Law does not limit access rights solely to parents,it also includes Grandparents
