This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by "independent body created for the system"

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

You might also want to know that it's already illegal to lie in court, but you might waat to sign and share this petition - petition.parliament.uk/petitions/311739
