Encourage UK Buisness to take on a 4 day work week.
Microsoft’s 4-day work week test in Japan boosts productivity by 40%.

Japan Is however a extremely overworked country but doing this not only improved work rates but also improved the physical and mental wellbeing of all staff who took part.

Additional Information

It's a proven fact this provides multiple benefits as these 4 day work weeks have been tested by Microsoft in Japan

Also 250 staff at Perpetual Guardian tookpart in this trial with a 8 hour 4 day work week but getting paid for 5. Offices around the country reported lower stress levels, higher levels of job satisfaction and an improved sense of work-life.

Perpetual Guardian adopted 4 day work week as the norm due to the renown success.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Working hours are a matter for individual employers.

You could start a petition calling for the Government to require 3 days off per working week, if that's somnething you'd like to see happen.
