Credit providers to run a soft credit search prior to full search to check eligibility

Additional Information

To prevent large amounts of unsuccessful credit searches on a persons credit file, which ultimately damages their report. All finance companies should have to conduct a 'soft' or 'unrecorded' search to check eligibility prior to a full credit search to reduce the impact to a persons credit report.
