Beauty salons to reopen. If they conduct in a safe manner for consenting adults.
Allow beauticians to operate on a one to one basis - in a safe manner taking as many Covid 19 precautions as possible.
Many beauticians are going to lose their livelihoods. Many of them sublet their rooms/workspace, which means they were not eligible for the £10,000 grant as they were not in receipt of small business rrs scheme. Beauticians need to work to support their families as well as having any hope of keeping their businesses going which they have worked so hard to build. Benefits and self employment grants will not cover the outgoings of our premises as they are calculated as an expense.
