Employ beach wardens of some sort to survey beaches and stop littering
I want parliament to create more employment to stop littering on beaches it has gotten a million times worse there should be a higher fine and also possibility of arrest if litter is left! Our beaches and oceans are filthy and something needs to change
They have a duty of care as they keep pointing out surly that should include the well being of not only us but all animals on shore and sea as well as the level of pollution that's becoming higher and higher with each passing day
