Petition Action

Fine people who litter our streets, parks, forests and beaches.

Petition Details

Like many people I am completely disgusted with how some other people are treating our streets, parks, forests and beaches since the easement of lockdown.

Additional Information

I would like the government to enforce, serious on the spot fines for people caught littering by the police. A £500 fine would make most people think twice about whether it's worth the effort finding a bin or taking their rubbish home.

All the money from these fines should be given to the local councils to help care for and manage our shared public spaces.
