To reduce the speed limit to 20mph around schools.

Additional Information

I would like to propose that the speed limit within a 200 yard radius of a school be reduced to 20mph and that those exceeding this limit have the punishment double that of what they would nomaly expect.
This would help reduce the accidents and deaths around our schools caused be speeding drivers.
