Take your litter home education... a national visual/add campaign.
An informative visual drive.... similar to the keep Britain tidy logo.
Promoting the view of "you're rubbish if you leave rubbish".... light hearted and catchy to make people actively say it to people littering.
Inform eventually we all pay for the clean up through taxation.
Fund a drive to inform and educate of the negative effects..... crowd flow research from high use public areas,statistics to produce bin locations that are the correct volume and are strategically placed for low thought usage .Are highly visual and visible,hopefully to encourage the correct personal choice to dispose rather than dump.
