Rayer’s Petition A review of the law & incentives to reduce littering in the UK
We are petitioning for more severe penalties for anyone found to be littering/fly tipping. We are also petitioning for a review of the support required to police these illegal activities
We shall further petition for a review of return incentive schemes that will promote the reduction of plastic use & littering. The aim is to reduce litterIng & fly tipping in our environment & to promote the heath of our environment & wildlife.
