Make it illegal for companies to be able to cold call.

I would like you to make it illegal for companies to be able to cold call. Robots call people to say that we have heard that you have been in a car accident. There is no way to block all calls, it's frustrating, and for those that may have actually lost someone this way, it's not a nice reminder.

Additional Information

The government should put in place a law to protect it's citizens to ensure that it is not legal or acceptable for companies to randomly call people about car accidents etc.
