Help Hull Out of the Communications Dark Ages and allow open access for all suppliers!!!

Additional Information

Please get the government to look at why all Hull postcode areas are blocked from the use of any other telecommunications service other than Kingston Communications / Karoo.
Help us find a solution so we are not penalized for living here and have no choice but to feed the monopoly that is Karoo from supplying us over priced broadband and telephone services.
Karoo state they do not prevent any other company from supplying here yet all other companies state they are not allowed to provide telecoms in this area!?
