Look at holiday company on the beach to give customers back their refunds
I want the government to look at holiday companies. On the beach in particular or as example as we have been waiting months for a reply and are trying to do customers out of their entitled money. They are also using flight companies such as easy jet as an excuse to not pay back refunds.
I was due to go on holiday 31st May this year, but due to the corona virus my holiday was cancelled which I found out via Easy-jet and they emailed me saying I could claim for a refund or have a voucher for a flight at another time. On the beach have made no contact, they only reply to an online messaging service which takes days to come back with an answer. They are also not checking full amounts paid and only offering part refund. We cant get through via telephone or email the service is poor.
