Ditch HS2 for H2O to benefit all, not a few.

Additional Information

A national water grid will benefit all areas and ensure drought shortages are a thing of the past. The cost will be significantly less than the cost of HS2 which will only benefit a small portion of the population. It will provide employment to all areas.
