Revisit the guidance for the full reopening of schools in September
Guidance has been released for the full reopening of schools. This guidance should be revisited and reissued alongside evidence verifying the reasons for the decisions. Allow heads to set the school agenda for the new academic year, wider debate and provide evidence supporting plans.
Groups - regarding Leicester, Matt Hancock said that there'd been a high rate of infection in children. Dr Nick Phin of PHE said “...closing schools is a sensible way to help prevent the spread.” How's a bubble of 30-250 safe for children and adults?
Equipment - at primary all equipment is provided - will budgets be reviewed to cover cost for stationery?
SATs - children will have lost 6 months of school, that's a lot of pressure on primary children who may already suffer from poor mental health.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like to change about the Government's guidance on the reopening of schools.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
