Make the police an Asexual and Apolitical institution
Stop the police showning support or favour to particular groups or movements, the police should show a neutral postition in performing their duty so as not to alienate people from approaching in time of need.
I believe the police are not to show preferences but recent examples of rainbow decked cars and officers and officers going down on 1 knee should not be allowed
