Insist PGL refund schools for cancelled Residential Trips due to COVID-19
PGL activity holidays are refusing to refund parents who have had their child’s residential trip cancelled due to the Coronavirus crisis. At a time when many people are facing financial difficulties, cash strapped schools are feeling morally obliged to refund parents out of their own budget.
We would like the Government to step in and insist that PGL issues refunds for all those residentials unable to go ahead due to the Coronavirus crisis instead of the money having to come out school budgets.
