Fund early cervical screenings for women who have not had the HPV vaccination
The Government should fund early cervical screenings (smear tests) for women who have not had the HPV vaccination. Currently, you can only get a smear test on the NHS if you are aged 25 and over.
However, research suggests that around 20% of women in the UK don't receive the HPV vaccine, which puts them at higher risk of cervical cancer, and early screening should therefore be made available to this group.
