Over time over 40hrs per week not to be taxed.
Over time paid to workers who complete their 40 hrs per week will not have to pay tax on the overtime accrued.
Imagine Doctors nurses doing in excess of 70/80 hrs and not paying tax on extra hours, what a happy NHS that would be.
Hard working employees who complete their 40 hours of work will be rewarded by not paying tax on their overtime, this intern will make workers more inclined to carry out over time, this helps employers who are struggling with staffing levels, The economy will be boosted 2 fold as employees will have more monies to spend and jobs have more production thus helping the employer.
Only people doing over 40 hours will be eligible for the tax benefit.
