Petition Details

In the light of the recent £1.57 billion emergency loans and grants package given to arts culture and heritage institutions and organisations, we believe that the same support should be made available to professional and semi-professional football clubs in the lower leagues.

Additional Information

To assist these clubs to survive and help them weather the impact of coronavirus. Local football clubs are vital to communities up and down the country, both as a source of pride and significant employers of local people, and they are currently faced with little or no income for a prolonged period, with no clarity on when that situation will end.
