Tougher penalties for Fly-tippers and those refusing to clear them up.
Introduce higher penalties for those convicted of Fly-tipping, and financially penalise Councils that refuse to remove Fly-tips on public land.
It will help to protect the environment and put people off the idea of Fly-tipping. To ensure Councils do not relinquish responsibility for land owned by them.
