A minute's silence at the 2012 Opening Ceremony to commerate Munich

Additional Information

We want the government to ensure that at the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games in London, there will be a minute's silence or some sort of commemoration for the 11 Israeli athletes who died, as well as the West German Police Officer who died. It is the 40th anniversary of the event, something which marked a dark day for the IOC and should never be forgotten.
