Allow wedding ceremonies to take place outdoors in England & Wales
For England and Wales to have the same rules on outdoor weddings as Scotland. Negating the need for a fixed structure for ceremonies. Allowing for faster recovery after Coronavirus
the is a 2 year back log for wedding ceremonies and reception due to Covid-19. By allowing outdoor ceremonies. Many more weddings and receptions can take place in covid secure outdoor places
