Backdate the stamp duty holiday to the actual budget for April.
On the basis of the government advise to proceed with house purchases post lockdown, there are many people who responded to this advise and feel let down that the government did not make this change sooner to support them and have been caught out for up to £15,000 for a matter of a few weeks
Backdate stamp duty holiday to when the government advise house purchases could proceed
