Declare TV license fee a subscription for BBC
Declare that the TV licensing fee Is a subscription for BBC TV, radio and online and therefore should be optional to pay in order to watch BBC productions the same as Sky, Netflix or Amazon TV
This should be done in the interest of fairness as the TV licensing fee is a mandatory subscription for BBC programming where all the recent goes to the BBC but people are required to pay the fee to watch any Tv at time of broadcast.
