Make NHS staff annual pay rises at least equal to MPs' annual pay rises
Whatever annual pay rise percentage figure MPs agree to pay themselves should be used as the MINIMUM annual pay rise percentage for all NHS staff.
Most, if not all, NHS staff are underpaid, certainly the lower paid staff. This would help get their salary back up to where it should be.
