Make BBC a subscription opt in service and not a compulsory license

Petition Details

Introduce a pay per view method to all BBC services so all can have a choice to pay a tv license and everyone can enjoy the free services without been forced to purchase one.

Additional Information

Because been forced to purchase a tv licence just because you own one is wrong, you may not be interested in the BBC's service but your are forced to subscribe to it regardless, this should be a human rights issue with right to choose, you shouldn't not be forced into paying for something you don't want. there are so many tv channels out there, that you are denied the privilege of been able to watch if you don't purchase a tv license, just because the BBC have made it so that every form of media that is capable of receiving free entertainment has a BBC service on it as well so you are incapable of avoiding the license fee.
