Big business to pay their bills on time

Additional Information

To introduce a law which would force any large company (more than 50 employees or a turnover of more than £2m) trading within the UK company or with a UK company to settle all invoices raised by small companies (Less than 20 employees, turnover less than £500,000) within 30 days.
