To oppose, mandatory wearing of face coverings outside of the home in England.
There is little evidence for this and I fear for the mental health and wellbeing of vast swathes of the population, if this were to become mandated.
I work in a busy general hospital, I see fellow staff struggling every day wearing mandatory face masks in hospitals, when NOT in direct contact with a patient. Hand washing and NOT touching the face are the most effective at breaking the chain of infection. This knee jerk response has led to hospital staff touching their faces with regularity, due to constant irritation and discomfort, from prolonged mask wearing. Most colleagues find it intolerable, affecting physical and mental health.
