Deportation Bill
The government should introduce a deportation bill, which if passed would give the Secretary of State for the Home Office the legal power to overule any European Court of Human Rights ruling stopping or delaying the deportation of a foriegn national.
Each case should be considered individually by the Home Secretary and would only be possible if the British courts had found no issue with the deportation of the foreign national in question.
If this bill was passed it would ensure that Parliament remains sovereign and that the rule of law was upheld - because it would legally give the Home Secretary these powers.
