Contribution to funding private school places

Additional Information

All children should be granted an allocation of education to be used at either a state or a private school.This will enable parents greater choice in accessing either public or private education.

The allocation would be the amount that would cover attendance at a state school, but if parents wish their children to attend a fee paying school they could opt to 'top it up'. Currently early years funding uses the same principles but is only accessible at the age of 3yrs.
