Drop the Human Rights Act and enact a British Human Rights Act
Due to serious misjudgement by the Court of Human Rights, Britain should remove itself from this Act and impose its own version. This version would allow it to remove individuals it considers a 'serious or viable threat to Britain and her interests'.
