Hold a national inquest into healthcare workers deaths during Covid-19.
Hold a national inquest into the >540 healthcare workers deaths and hold the appropriate person(s) accountable for their actions or lack of actions and leadership.
At least 540 healthcare workers have died during the pandemic, a statistic which has been massively shoved under the carpet. Healthcare workers should be treated with the same respect other professions would receive should they have seen vast numbers of colleagues die. Healthcare workers should be treated with the same dignity they provide to patients and their families, even when they are pushed to their limits and putting their own lives at risk to help look after others.
