Enable early release of prisoners who have been in lockdown due to Covid-19
The Government should take action to allow prisoners who have been subject to lockdown due to Covid-19 to be released early or for their sentences to be reduced.
Most prisoners have been subject to and followed strict Covid-19 restrictions, and this should be recognised by allowing their early release.
