Any change to the House of Lords should be put to the people in a referendum

Additional Information

The House of Lords reform which is being proposed and discussed now should be put to the people in a referendum. The proposed changes are being forced on the country by republicans in the House of Commons.The House of Lords does not belong to the House of Commons it belongs to the people and it is the people who should decide how it is made up.
