pressure on UN to ban knee on neck practice in arrest
Put pressure on the UN to have the practice declared illegal
Because in certain coutries the techniique is acceptable & predominanty used against minorities who are considered disruptive. These people may not be innocent of crimes but they do not deserve to die before they face a court for fair trial
