Hold a referendum in England on the question of English independence.
Hold an advisory referendum in England to ask all people in England if they wish to be independent of the UK.
There is a real groundswell of feeling in England that as a country it should divest itself of the other nations that comprise the United Kingdom. This referendum would allow the people of England to indicate te strength of that view.
