Get shops to stop charging more for lactose free items
To make retailiers and manufacturers cut the cost of what they charge for lactose free items as why should people be overcharged due to diet requirements
As they will have the sway to bring it in and make it a legal requirement for the costs to be cut and will able fine anyone caught over charging.
