Make executors distribute the estate of the deceased within 5 years

Additional Information

At present executors can delay the distribution of assets from a deceased estate indefinitely The only way to expedite distribution of assets to beneficiaries is to remove executors in High Court at considerable expense,often more than the value of the estate
