Exempt overtime pay and bonuses from income tax
We all work hard when we need the money. Overtime is our choice. We do the extra time to better our wage and life, only to pay more tax on them. These payments should not be taxed.
A bonus is a way of a company showing their appreciation to the employees. This should be a tax free reward.
