Buying and selling. Make it like Scotland if you make an offer you buy it.
It’s taken almost 3 months to get to the point where just about to exchange contracts and the buyers have pulled out. Putting our life in turmoil.
Making it like the law in Scotland. if you make an offer you have to buy it.
No pulling out last minute.
